Privacy Policy

Summary: Oracle AI Game uses user accounts, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Play Billing. It contains no advertising; Analytics Advertising ID collection and default ad-personalization signals are explicitly disabled.
1. Data controller
Oracle AI Game is provided by Lolozo Games. For privacy questions or data-subject requests, contact contato@lolozogames.com.
2. User-provided and account data
For account creation, authentication and management, we may process:
- name;
- email address;
- Firebase user identifier (UID);
- authentication credentials processed by Firebase Authentication; Lolozo Games does not store the password in plain text;
- when provided by the user, country, date of birth and gender;
- account status, available credits and technical creation/update timestamps.
If the user chooses Google Sign-In, authorized Google account data such as email address and display name may be used for authentication and profile creation.
3. Firebase Authentication and Firestore
We use Firebase Authentication for sign-in, account creation, password recovery, Google authentication and secure confirmation of account-deletion requests. Firebase may process technical information including IP address, user agent, app identifier and UID for authentication, security and abuse prevention.
Cloud Firestore stores profile information required for the account and for credit and transaction functionality.
4. Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage and improve the experience. The SDK may automatically collect an app-instance identifier, lifecycle and interaction events, device/app information and approximate location derived from masked IP addresses. In-app purchase events may also be recorded by Analytics.
We do not send account email, name or UID as custom login-event parameters. Advertising ID collection and default ad-personalization signals are explicitly disabled. The app does not display ads.
5. Device information and local identifier
The app may locally generate a SHA-256 hashed identifier from certain technical device properties such as model, manufacturer and system information and store it in local app preferences. It is not used for advertising. Separately, Firebase services may generate their own installation/app-instance identifiers required to provide those services and analytics.
6. Purchases and credits
Credit purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Lolozo Games does not receive or store credit-card or bank-account details used by Google Play.
To deliver credits, prevent duplicate processing and prevent fraud, the app records transaction information such as purchase identifier, product identifier, amount, credit quantity, status, timestamps and, while the account exists, the user's UID.
7. Age signals
Where applicable, the app may query age-range signals made available by Google Play for age-appropriate treatment and compliance. Lolozo Games does not use these signals for advertising, marketing or behavioral analytics, and they are not written to the Firestore profile in the audited flow.
8. Service providers and sharing
Information needed to provide the service may be processed by service providers, primarily Google/Firebase and Google Play, for authentication, database services, analytics, billing, security and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks for behavioral advertising.
System sharing features or external links are initiated by the user and are subject to the service selected by the user.
9. Data we do not request
In the current version, the app does not request precise location, contacts, photos, videos, camera access or microphone access. Firebase Messaging has been removed and the app does not use FCM push notifications.
10. Retention
Account information is retained while the account is active or for as long as needed to provide the service. After account deletion, the profile, Firebase Authentication account, email-keyed account history and linked legacy records are removed.
Minimum purchase records may be retained after deletion without the direct userId account link for purchase integrity, fraud prevention, security and applicable legal obligations. These records may include purchase identifier, product, amount, credits, status and date together with an account-deleted/anonymized marker.
11. Account deletion
Deletion can be requested inside the app or through Lolozo Games' secure external web page. On the web page, an authentication link is sent to the provided email address; deletion occurs only after recent authentication and a final confirmation.

To complete email-link sign-in, the web page may temporarily store the entered email address in the browser, with an approximate 30-minute expiration. Firebase Authentication processes the authentication request and may use IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
13. Security
Data transmitted through the Firebase and Google Play services used by the app is protected in transit using encrypted connections. We apply data minimization, authentication and authenticated account deletion. No system is completely risk-free.
14. Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, users may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, anonymization, information about sharing and other legally available measures. Minimum information may be retained where there is a legitimate basis or applicable obligation, as described in this policy.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, service providers or legal/platform requirements change. The effective date will be updated for material changes.
