Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Oracle AI Game, developed by Lolozo Games.

By creating an account, accessing or using the app, the user states that they have read and agree to these Terms and the Oracle AI Game Privacy Policy.

If the user does not agree to these Terms, they should not create an account or use the app.

2. About Oracle AI Game

Oracle AI Game is an entertainment and logic experience in which the user thinks of an animal and interacts with the game to challenge the Oracle to discover the user's choice.

The app may use automated resources and artificial-intelligence or computational-logic technologies. Results, questions, inferences and responses may not be accurate, complete or appropriate in every situation.

Oracle AI Game is intended for entertainment and should not be used as a source of professional, scientific, medical, legal, financial or other specialized advice.

3. User account

Certain Oracle AI Game features may require account creation and authentication, including through third-party login services.

The user is responsible for:

• providing accurate information when required;
• keeping authentication methods secure;
• preventing misuse of the account;
• informing Lolozo Games if unauthorized access or a relevant security issue is identified.

The user must not use another person's account without authorization.

4. Third-party services

Certain features may depend on third-party services such as authentication, data infrastructure, app stores or other technology components.

Those services may be subject to their providers' respective terms and policies. Availability of dependent features may be affected by changes, outages or limitations in those services.

5. In-app purchases

When Oracle AI Game offers products, features or benefits through an in-app purchase, the transaction will be processed by the app store or payment provider indicated in the interface.

Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds, cancellations and other transaction conditions are subject to the applicable store rules and consumer-protection law.

Lolozo Games will not require the user to bypass the store's official payment system to acquire digital products offered within the app.

6. Game-generated content and results

Responses and results presented by Oracle AI Game are part of a recreational experience. The user acknowledges that the system may make mistakes, repeat questions, interpret answers differently than expected or fail to identify the chosen animal correctly.

Lolozo Games may adjust models, rules, questions, content, logic and operation to improve the experience, correct errors or update the product.

7. Permitted use

The user agrees to use Oracle AI Game only for lawful purposes.

Except where permitted by applicable law, users may not:

• use the app for fraud, abuse, harassment or illegal activity;
• attempt to access unauthorized accounts, databases, APIs, systems or areas;
• exploit security vulnerabilities or interfere with service operation;
• automate access abusively or generate load intended to harm infrastructure;
• copy, modify, redistribute or commercialize the app or its content without authorization;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt unauthorized code extraction;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights of Lolozo Games or third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The app, visual identity, software, text, graphic elements, organization, trademarks and proprietary content belong to Lolozo Games or are used under license.

The user receives only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

9. Account suspension and deletion

The user may use the mechanisms provided by Lolozo Games to request or perform account deletion, according to the options available in the app and on the official website.

Lolozo Games may limit, suspend or terminate account access in cases of material violation of these Terms, fraud, security risk, legal requirement or need to protect the service and other users, subject to applicable law.

Account deletion and related data handling are detailed in the Privacy Policy and the public account-deletion flow.

10. Privacy and data

Processing of personal data, authentication, account information, technical data and other service-related information is described in the Oracle AI Game Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

11. Availability and changes

Lolozo Games may update, correct, modify or discontinue app features.

Although reasonable measures are taken to keep the service available, uninterrupted, error-free operation or permanent compatibility with all devices, systems and third-party services is not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lolozo Games will not be responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized access resulting from the user's own failure to protect the account, third-party outages, use of modified app versions or undue reliance on recreational results provided by the game.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app, services used or applicable law.

When a material change occurs, the updated version will be made available on the official Lolozo Games website with its effective date.

14. Applicable law

These Terms will be interpreted under applicable law, including Brazilian law where applicable, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the user's jurisdiction.
